My girlfriend and I returned home from Far East Nashville (The best Vietnamese restaurant in East Nashville) when we found Spike Lee’s, Malcolm X waiting for us in its bright red Netflix envelope. We popped the DVD in my computer and settled in for a 3 hour journey through the life and times of Malcolm Little a.k.a. Malcolm X a.k.a. El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz.
